Constructed of stainless steel direct drive internal winch assemblies are available for use on flagpoles with a base diameter of 6 inch or larger and can be used with either 1/8″ or 5/32″ stainless steel aircraft cable. The gearless winch utilizes cast bronze internal brakes which only release when rotational pressure is exerted by the winch handle. The winch is locked in any position simply by removing the handle. Three different sizes are available for use on various flagpole heights. The small unit is generally used on flagpole heights up to 45′, the large is used for units from 50′ to 80′ and extra large is typically used on poles higher than 80′. Mounting holes are on 3 1/2″ centers for use with 5/16″-18NC bolts.
Small: 1 1/2” drum width – 2 1/2″ winch width – 3 1/8” x 4 1/8” minimum pole opening
Large: 2 1/2” drum width – 3 1/2″ winch width – 3 5/8” x 4 1/8” minimum pole opening
X-Large: 5” drum with – 6″ winch width -6 5/8” x 4 1/8” minimum pole opening

Cone style or top hat revolving truck for internal rope flagpole. The most widely used internal truck in the flagpole industry. Constructed from heavy cast aluminum, with machined brass bushing where rope exit. the top is tapped 1/2″-13NC for insertion of a ball or eagle top ornament. The bottom has a 1 1/4″ NPT aluminum spindle for screwing into the top of a threaded flagpole.
*** NOTE – 1 1/4 inch National Pipe Thread will actually measure 1 5/8 inch on a tape measure.

Stationary Flagpole Truck
Cast aluminum construction with a cast nylon sheave on a 1/4″ aluminum axle.This stationary flagpole truck is desinged to slip over the top of the flagpole and be secured by three 1/4″-20NC stainless steel set screws. The top of the stationary flag pole truck is tapped 1/2″-13NC to accept a ball or eagle finial. Maximum recommended halyard diameter is 5/16″.
