Cast aluminum construction with aluminum sheave(s) on 1/4″ aluminum axle(s). The truck body rotates on 26 stainless steel ball bearings on cast races. The DUAL SHEAVE TRUCK can be used on flagpoles with up to a 4 inch O.D. top. The bottom has 1 1/4″ male National Pipe Thread (NPT) to scew into the top of your flagpole or use a truck adapted with the threading. The top of the spindle is tapped 1/2″-13NC as standard to accept a ball or eagle finial. Maximum recommended halyard size is 5/16″.
*** NOTE – 1 1/4 inch National Pipe Thread will actually measure 1 5/8 inch on a tape measure.
Single Revolving Truck
Cast aluminum construction with aluminum sheave(s) on 1/4″ aluminum axle(s). The truck body rotates on 26 stainless steel ball bearings on cast races. The SINGLE SHEAVE TRUCK can be used on flagpoles with up to a 3 1/2″ O.D. top. The bottom has 1 1/4″ male National Pipe Thread (NPT) to scew into the top of your flagpole or use a truck adapted with the threading. The top of the spindle is tapped 1/2″-13NC as standard to accept a ball or eagle finial. Maximum recommended halyard size is 5/16″.

Truck adapter is made to cap over the top of an open ended flagpole. The truck adapter has 1 1/4″ NPT female threading which will allow for the use of a revolving truck assembly. Simply cap the truck adapter over the top of the shaft and tighten set screws through the side of the truck adapter.
This can also be used for repair when the top of a flagpole needs to be cut off to remove an exsisting truck assembly.
